Shipping Times & Return Policy


Every Motivational Mug is a high-quality good produced in the United Kingdom. Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing Your order. You will receive an e-mail confirming Your order is on its way to You. 
    • Shipping Times. 

      It takes around 2 business days to print your mug. Afterwards, depending on the destination country, shipping can take 1-10 business days. Delivery times are only estimated and do not count for public holidays or peak periods (i.e.:Christmas). We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates since we have no control over the postal system or delays at customs.

      Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

      • Tracking Information. Unfortunately, Motivational Mug does not feature Tracking at the moment.
      • Custom Charges. If customs charges occur, please note that You, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, are not responsible for customs charges and have no influence on local customs and the time needed for packages to pass through customs. However, We guarantee the shipping times as placed on Our Website.
      • Order Issues. If You have any problems with Your order, please contact Us at so that We can make it right. 


        You have 14 business days to return Your order under our return policy, which starts on the day after You received the item. When You receive an item, please ensure that You take reasonable care of it when trying it/inspecting it e.g. Reimbursement requests will only be considered if the mug is in undamaged condition. 

          1. If You would like to return Your product You have to send Your package back by post to the address below. Costs for returning packages will be paid by You.
          2. Faulty Items. We hope that Your item reaches You in perfect condition and that You are very happy with it. If, however, an item reaches you that is defective, damaged or faulty, please email us at stating Your order number and the nature of the fault including pictures and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. Please post any faulty items to the below address.
          3. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at for any concerns about Your purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority and We will do what We can to ensure Your happiness with every purchase.
          4. Refund. Please keep in mind that We do not have the ability to track Your return nor are We responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. As soon as We receive Your package back or You send Us Your post receipt, You will receive Your refund.
